PhysioLife Welcomes Physiotherapist Leigh Fortuna

PhysioLife Physiotherapy Clinic is pleased to announce the addition of Leigh Fortuna, B.Sc. PT, CAFCI, to our team of physiotherapists. Leigh graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2005. Since graduating Leigh has completed numerous continuing education courses, including the Mulligan concept, management of cervical spine conditions, orthopedic level 2, additional orthopaedic courses on thoracic, lumbar spine, pelvis and lower extremity dysfunction, and has completed her acupuncture credentials. She is currently completing her final level 3 orthopaedic course.

Leigh has considerable experience working with patients who experience chronic pain, including complex regional pain syndrome, from a variety of injuries. As well, Leigh has worked with repetitive strain injuries, injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, and athletic injuries.
