PhysioLife Physiotherapist Andrea Chen Certified in Functional Dry Needling

PhysioLife Physiotherapist, Andrea Chen, recently completed the Level 1 course of Functional Dry Needling® (FDN) through KinetaCore®.

FDN is a dry needling technique that focuses on restoring functional movement.  It involves inserting a tiny monofilament needle into a muscle in order to release shortened bands and decrease trigger point activity.  As part of your physiotherapy treatment, this can help resolve pain and muscle tension, which will then allow proper movement.  Please give us a call, drop us an email, or talk to Andrea if you would like more information –  and to see if FDN would be appropriate for you.
