Massage Therapist Rachel Chang

Rachel completed her massage therapy education at Evolve College of Massage Therapy in Winnipeg, where she graduated with the overall proficiency award.  In her clinical practice, Rachel is dedicated to providing personalized care and fostering strong relationships with her clients.

Rachel specializes in therapeutic massage and myofascial release – employing techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stone, trigger point therapy, and manual myofascial release. Rachel’s approach combines thorough assessments, hands-on treatments, and customized home care to support her clients’ rehabilitation and overall wellness.

Rachel has experience working with individuals dealing with a variety of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, including patients with Rett syndrome, tics disorder, and multiple sclerosis (MS). She also specializes in relieving low back pain, upper crossed syndrome, and IT band syndrome.  She is passionate about helping her clients improve their quality of life through targeted treatment plans.

Outside the clinic, Rachel cherishes time spent with her family. She is always eager to learn, currently diving into manual lymphatic drainage techniques. In her free time, she loves reading, cooking, and enjoying outdoor activities like hiking. Rachel is also fluent in Mandarin.
