Kenneth graduated with his Masters degree from UBC in Physical Therapy (where he also completed his bachelor’s degree). Kenneth is an avid tennis player who has a special interest in tennis-related injuries and rehabilitation. Kenneth works Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

PhysioLife would like to congratulate therapist Andrea Chen on completing her first half marathon. On August 11 Andrea participated in the SeaWheeze lululemon half marathon in downtown Vancouver. Andrea completed the 21.1km course in an impressive 1:56. Andrea’s has successfully persuaded her colleagues to join her next year in the 2013 lululemon half marathon next August.

PhysioLife Physiotherapy Clinic is pleased to announce the addition of Leigh Fortuna, B.Sc. PT, CAFCI, to our team of physiotherapists. Leigh graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2005. Since graduating Leigh has completed numerous continuing education courses, including the Mulligan concept, management of cervical spine conditions, orthopedic level 2, additional orthopaedic courses on thoracic, lumbar spine, pelvis and lower extremity dysfunction, and has completed her acupuncture credentials. She is currently completing her final level 3 orthopaedic course.
Leigh has considerable experience working with patients who experience chronic pain, including complex regional pain syndrome, from a variety of injuries. As well, Leigh has worked with repetitive strain injuries, injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, and athletic injuries.

PhysioLife Physiotherapist Andrea Chen will be spending her summer on the sidelines at the Richmond Roadrunners’ lacrosse games, after taking on the role of team therapist. Andrea will work with both the Junior B and Intermediate A teams. The Roadrunners are considered one of top lacrosse teams in the province so having a great therapist to keep the guys healthy is a must!

PhysioLife Physiotherapy Clinic is excited to support the 9th annual Canadian Cancer Society White Rock/South Surrey Relay for Life. This is the third year PhysioLife has volunteered their services to participants of the relay. PhysioLife will be on hand June 22nd from 6pm to 10pm at Centennial Park providing massage therapy by donation. All proceeds are donated back to the Canadian Cancer Society.
