PhysioLife Welcomes Physiotherapist Krysta Wark

PhysioLife is pleased to announce that Physiotherapist Krysta Wark has joined our team.  Krysta has an extensive academic past having completed her Bachelor of Science in Honours Biology, and her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia.  Krysta’s treatment approach incorporates manual therapy and exercise to restore function, treat and prevent injuries, and enhance physical performance.

Krysta enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, with a special interest in young athletes, pre and post-natal moms, and running injuries.  She is dedicated to continuous professional development and has completed the Mulligan Concept lower quadrant course and is pursuing her Orthopaedic levels to advance her skills in manual therapy.  She is also an active member in the physiotherapy community and sites on the subcommittee of the Global Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

In her spare time you will find Krysta running as close to the ocean as possible, navigating the slopes of the ski hill, getting blisters on multi-day hikes or getting muddy on the mountain bike trails.
